Perhaps an accident, perhaps something more meaningful than I can even begin to comprehend, this photograph from atop a tower at Takhat Sri Damdama Sahib in Punjab, always takes my breath away. There was something magical about that visit.
It was hot, it was humid, but when we stepped outside of the inn and onto the premises of the Takhat Sahib in the early hours of the morning--called "amritwela" in Sikh philosophy--it was pure bliss.
